Payments:

Payments will be applied to your account in a manner consistent with cash payments. If you are not paying in full, some services may be disconnected before others depending upon our internal procedures and applicable law.

Returns:

If your billing includes purchased equipment, a 30 day return policy is in effect unless the equipment is part of a service agreement whereby an early termination fee may apply.
