Voice Mail Set Up

Learn how to set up your voice mail with the following the tutorial for changing your password, setting up your greeting, and more.

Voice Mail Set-up Instructions
 

  1. Dial 845-MAIL (845-6245)
  2. If prompted, your default password is 0000
  3. A tutorial will begin playing to guide you through the voice mail set-up process (changing your password, setting up your greeting and etc….)

You will also need to set-up Call Forward No Answer and Call Forward Busy, so the calls go to Voice Mail if line is busy or if there is no answer.  

Call Forward No Answer
 

  1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone
  2. Press *92
  3. Listen for the dial tone
  4. Dial the number of rings you want to be allowed before voice mail comes on (from 2 to 9). Then, dial the number where you want your calls forwarded (which is the voice mail dial in # 845-6245)
  5. When the phone is answered, your Call Forward No Answer is in effect

Call Forward Busy
 

  1. Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone
  2. Press *90
  3. Listen for the dial tone
  4. Dial the number where you want your calls forwarded (845-6245)
  5. When the phone is answered, your Call Forward is in effect

Once the Voice Mail has been set-up, you can dial 845-MAIL (6245) to check your messages. If at home checking your messages you can dial *99 instead of 845-6245. 

**Please Note** You may live in an area where you have to dial 1-320-845-6245 to access voice mail messages.
